Rules
If you have sent in an application and for some reason are not listed in about two weeks or so afterwards, email me.
1. You must be a fan of Eclair of course.
2. You do not need a website to join, but if you do have one, put up a code before doing so, where it is easy to find such as a splash, joined, home page, etc.
3. You must fill out the information form for joining with the appropriate info.
4. You must provide a real or existing name, not one like togusaloverforLIFE:).
5. You must not direct link the images, if you do you are stealing bandwith.
6. If you want your site linked with your membership, don't submit ones that contain porn, hate, descrimination, etc.
7. Keep your information updated regularly.
8. Please send in your join application only once, for it may take me some time once in a while to add you as a member, so please be patient.
